Membership Agreement & Consents
Please review and electronically sign the Liberty Girls Membership Agreement & Consent Packet. This packet contains the agreements, permissions and acknowledgments required before membership can be activated.
A completed copy of your signed documents will be retained with your membership records.

Complete Membership Payment
After completing the required membership documents, submit your initial Club Dues to secure your membership and begin preparation of your Welcome Collection.

Enrollment becomes complete after your registration information, required agreements and consents, initial Club Dues, and recurring payment setup have been received.
Once enrollment is complete, you'll receive your official Welcome to the Hive information and we'll begin preparing your member materials and Welcome Collection.
